Just so you know....

1). I have half of a new roof today.




2). My brother's presh girlfriend Lindsey...just made an offer on a house that's even more precious than her (Just kidding...but it IS the cutest house we've seen in the last 6 months!).

And 3). Another Realtor in our office needed a "yard MAN" to mow one of her vacant rent houses. It was a paying job. Merredith and I looked at eachother from across the room......and we both said "WE'LL DO IT!!"

About that......

*Neither one of us know how to weedeat. So 5 minutes into it.....we broke the weedeater and CHASE had to come finish it up.

*I didn't know they made mowers that weren't self propelled....and I have one thing to say about that....push mowers are FOR THE BIRDS!

* And lastly, my heart goes out to all you yard men! Dang....I'm not good enough shape for that business. So don't go out looking for Kate Richardson Lawn Service.....it's not happening.
