I almost forgot to share that we finished the bathroom in our Baby House. We don't have much left to do so it should be ready to sell/rent in the next few weeks! That is IF I recover from my back condition. I can't finish the hardwoods with this bum back!

And I owe most of this to my hubby Chase and his sweet bathroom skills. Some to Blake Morrison and his sweet floor knowledge. And maybe a little to me and my "design". I ALWAYS choose the colors and fixtures....cause that's the FUN part.

Total DIY bathroom remodel: Less than $300!!! Woo hoo! Just a few trim pieces and cabinet doors...and we'll be D-U-N...DONE!
