EEEEK!

I have some exciting news....(I think).
And no it's not a B-A-B-Y.
But it's exciting to me....(I hope).

I'm counting chickens right now.....you know..the ones still in their eggs, but I'm thinking I'll have some news for y'all tomorrow!

I messed up on my New Year predictions, but opportunity has knocked....and I was waiting on the porch with the door WIDE OPEN (and possibly a for sale sign in my hands). I never make him knock twice.

The hubby is deep in negotiations right so I'm going to sit tight and be patient. (Cause I'm awesome at that.....totally awesome at that.) He drives a hard bargain...so I'm trying to keep my hopes in check.....so far....I'm sucking at that. My hopes are higher than the Sears Tower right now.....boy that's gonna be a long fall to take... but I'm hoping for the best!

But I'll know tomorrow! Then I get to post pics and give all the deets! (Hopefully).
