The first closing was the Silver's and they closed on an investment property.
Now, it's pretty customary for a Realtor to give a "closing gift" to their clients after they close on their house. I always make sure I give a Lowe's card or Target card or something HELPFUL of that nature.
But after meeting Mrs. Silver, I had something TOTALLY different in mind.......a Juicy Couture Tracksuit!!!! That completely pertains to houses right? Well, ok maybe not, but I KNOW she'd like it better than a Cordless Drill. Sooooo, her husband may not get a giant Lowe's giftcard, but I'll give him one anyway.....and even though it may not be as much money as usual, I'm sure he won't mind that Amy got something cool instead. I have a feeling he likes her alot! =)
I think she will get some good use out of this suit....considering the news I heard last night. ;)

Will you be my realtor and give me a super fun track suit? LOL I've never bought a house so I didn't know there was a closing gift.
I plan weddings and I usually give the couple a wedding gift of the same nature as your closing gift :)
AHHHHH!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! I will wear it all the time I am sure! It has a drawstring too, so I can expand it when little baby decides that I need to be really fat! haha. Thank you SO SO MUCH!!!
