I'm not really sure what other people see, but I have house dysmorphia and I only see a cute little house with black shutters and a red door with little boxwoods around the perimeter. Anyone else see that?
Please forgive Baby House for not having floors or light fixtures. Good thing Chase knows how to get that done.....and believe me...he is BEYOND excitement.....ha.

Baby House would like it noted that for a really old little house....she has fairly nice cabinets and c-tops!
And even though this would be a GREAT bathroom for ME.....I doubt anyone else loves pink tile.
This will be the majority of our work. It needs a total makeover!
Baby House will be a true test for me. I've never fixed up a home that I didn't plan on living in for a while. So, I will be curious to see if I can leave emotion out of picking and choosing my remodel items.
My first instinct is to bust open the door and yell...."Hunter Fans and Plantation Blinds throughout!!!!"
But that's not really economical. We'll see.

Okay baby house has lot of great bones just need a little "Love" and i think it will not super cute w/black shutters and a Red door i could picture it right away... and think just your stander ceramic floor tile for the kitchen and bath room will be great and think you can find some just under 2 to 3 bucks. The kitchen is great just a fresh can of paint and if you have the budget new appliances and done... and for the bath room if you fixed up right the pink tile might be okay! You will just have to choose your color carefully because bath over haul can be pretty $$$$ also, lastly when do you think you will have this house for rent b/c my Sister is moving back to WFT and would love to get a renter house but it will not be till this summer... Well, anyway i hope all is well, with your baby house if you need any help even if i am couple of hours a way i love interior design heck that is what i went to school for and would love to help!!! :)
