A shout out!

I almost forgot to mention......one of my blog readers is officially in contract today on her first home! So congratulations Kylie and I can't wait to start jazzing up the new place. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath in a GREAT neighborhood and I won't tell you what she bought it for, but it was a STEAL! Kylie is young, gorgeous, and college educated............AND on top of that, a home owner......talk about an independent woman power trip!! Be careful though......she does have 2 older brothers and I promise, they have their eye on you.
