Falling behind on my blogging duties!

We have been having a crazy week and I can't seem to come up with the time to blog one of my nonsense blogs!! I have a house in contract so I've been running around trying to get that together. We refinanced our house this week. We locked in 4.5% on 15 years. It's a little higher than what we were paying, but SUCH a good deal. We couldn't pass it up. I had 2 open houses and a Super Bowl party at my house on Sunday. We have been going to the Y everyday. Last night, there was that whole "WFPD says don't leave your house" incident. That kept me up all night. Then, we had an office meeting early this morning and then I had to show a bunch of commercial property to Amber!!! I have also been showing Chase some more investment properties. I don't think he wants this one so I will tell my readers...There is an AWESOMELY cheap house in Sikes Estates that I think you can get for under $90,000. Those houses usually go from the $150s to $300k. Any takers on a good flip???We now just got home from the Y and The Real Housewive of Orange County is coming on and then I'm off to bed!
