Who thinks this house is "the one"?

As most of you know, My Life as a Wife's Amanda and her husband are moving back to the big Wichita Falls! I've been looking like crazy for a perfect home for them! Only the best for the Fouts!! The problem is....I've found the "perfect" house, but it's a little out of budget.
