What's been going on with me?

Well, lots of Christmas decorating, Christmas shopping, and Christmas parites!

So much going on that "the boys" are tuckered out.

I've been showing MILLIONS of houses....ok maybe not millions, but lots. That's GREAT for a Holiday season. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of my clients right now. You may know one of them as the Great Amanda Fouts at My Life as a Wife. What a tiny pretty lil package that one is! It was her birthday on Saturday the 5th and she chose to spend it with me! (Ok...and Joe Mike and her Mom while we were looking at houses.) Happppy Belated Birthday Amanda! I hope Joe Mike took you shopping at the Shoe Closet per my suggestion. (Bahaha).


You may know another one as Mrs. Amy Silver. Her and her hubby are working on getting an investment property......but they keep getting thrown a WILD CARD! They are troopers about it and just keep plugging along. Makes my job SOOOO much easier!! See why I love my clients?!

I had my second annual Realtor Banquet on Friday. I didn't win any awards....THIS TIME, but fully intend to as soon as possible!!!

Moving on...Fedders got a Snuggie. A poorly fitted Snuggie. Not near as cool as I imagined!



I also had a HUGE dose of Holiday bad luck.
Today I woke and got ready for our annual office Christmas Party!! I hopped in my car and headed to Starbucks to pick up a gift card for my broker Katherine (I drew her name!). When I went to pay....I swiped my debit card and......DECLINED! WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!
I can't pay for a $25 gift card? I KNOW I had money in there.......

Embarrassed, I ran across the street (aka drove) and used the ATM.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CRAP! I'm late to the Christmas lunch. I have NO gift for my broker and my car says ZERO miles until empty. AND MY ONLY SOURCE OF MONEY SAYS IT'S EMPTY!

Cue the tears and a phone call to Mommy.

We check my account online and.....I've been ripped off.....identity stolen.....my bank account drained.

Fooey! And I showed up to my Christmas party empty handed.




A few weeks ago, we had list 3 things that we wanted for the office Secret Santa type drawing.
My other broker, Bill, drew my name.

My list????
1) A Louis Vuitton........duh of course!
2) A puppy. Who doesn't?!
3) A gift card.

Well, I'm happy to report that I was the only one at the office party to get EVERYTHING on my list! Way to go BILL!

And finally..............TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY! YES!!!!!!!!!!!
