Best birthday ever!

It was a great day!

I woke up this morning and found that my husband had bought me a GIANT slice of cheesecake( my favorite) and I got to have it for breakfast with a cup of coffee! YUM!

I had lots of Happy Birthday wishes which made me so happy and one of my fave clients (mentioned in the previous post) got their house!!!!
Wow!!! It's an incredible deal and the Silver's are super lucky and super awesome right now! I'm still in amazement!

Speaking of clients.....one of my current clients Kathy, had her first grandson today!!! On my BIRTHDAY! He wasn't due until later this month, but he came out early and perfect!

Kathy's daughter Amelia, is Logan's new mommy and Amelia and her husband bought a house from me as well. Thank goodness it had a good lil nursery bedroom in it!!!!

Congrats Amelia, Kathy, and John and I can't wait to meet Logan tomorrow!!!

I temporarily was Mommy to a little Cocker Spaniel today. It was running lost down my street and I snatched it up and called its owner (a few houses down). The owner had just had a car accident and was distraught so we kept "Precious" for her this afternoon. What a sweet little dog. She was an angel and a hoot! She's welcome back anytime she gets lost again!
