A little something

Yesterday was Chase's birthday, I threw him a pretty cool (I must say so) backyard party. We had music, mini cheeseburgers, mini chalupas, and mini corndogs. Chase made calf fries and surprisingly, they were a big hit. Chase started back to school as a postgraduate and hopefully he will be your new CPA next year. At the very least he will be mine and that means......I should get more back on my taxes. Woo hoo! Also remember, that I want to be your Realtor too so let me know if you're ready for a new place!!
I've been on a house kick for the last few months.....Ive painted the kitchen, spruced up my guest bedroom, painted cabinets in my bathroom, and I'm pretty sure I've changed out every light fixture in my WHOLE house, but there is one MAJOR thing that I have neglected.......MY MASTER BEDROOM!!! How could a self proclaimed house-fixer-upper-lover neglect her OWN bedroom?! Good question! So I'm about 2 paychecks away from......PIMP the MASTER! I'm so embarrassed of it right now that I won't even show you a before picture, but I will describe......

• Absolutely no wall decor, no pictures, no nothing.
• A striped pastel green bedspread that looks nothing like me....I don't even know why I registered for it.
• 4 ugly thick puke green black-out drapes
• And a strange lookin tan oriental rug.

• Roman blinds
• A rug from this decade
• Possibly a new wall color
• And a Hunter Grand Vista ceiling fan...........WAIT! Chase hung it tonight! Woo Hoo. CHECK that one off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
