I apologize..

to the nice folks down at the Kate Spade shop in Northpark Mall.

I had no sooner left my mom in the Petite section at Macys (we all know I'm not "petite" so I have to shop elsewhere....which is a whole different story with a 5 foot nothing TEEE NINE EEE Mama and a 6'7'' lanky Dad..and I come out "kinda tall and chunky"....don't get it, but anyway..) I stumbled across the Kate Spade shop....and quickly remembered my dream coat a few posts down. The Kate Spade Mona Coat!!

So I figure...why not...pop in and see it in person. You know...really see what $745 gets ya.

Well...believe me. It was PRESH! And believe me AGAIN when I say....these girls really wanted a sale and I was the only one in the shop.

So...I try it on.

OOOOH it's CUTE!!!

EVERYONE agrees that I must get this coat.

Ok now what. I don't want to tell them that I can't spend that kind of money.

So...I say...well...the large may be just a little snug...or I so would buy it.

BUT WAIT....it comes in EXTRA large and they happen to have one in the back.

And guess what....it fits perfect!

And they rave about the way it looks with my eyes.

OH my gosh..this coat is sooo cute and I'm thinking...I still can't buy it.

So....I say...ok could you please hold it and I'll run to my car for my credit card.

So they hold it and ask my name.

My name is Kate I tell them.

OOOOH Perfect they say. Kate needs a Kate Spade coat.

I say Of Course!!

And then I flee the store and never returned.

I'm sorry girls!!! I didn't have the heart to tell ya.

But I'd rather buy it on sale in the few months.
