Just sayin...I want that.

I'm still on a light kick. And you know how I wanted flickering light sconces on each side of my garage......well guess what? So does Chase...who would have thought? Except he wants the "real" gas ones. No flickering bulb required! On a hunting trip a few weekends ago, he stayed at a really neat house with gas lanterns for front porch fixtures and he had secretly admired them (I also heard the guy had a real stuffed giraffe in his living room and a stuffed baboon in the entry way....is that even legal?). So, we located our gas line and we are ready to get this lantern show on the road.

Also, I think this is the most perfect pool table fixture EVER! I bet it even costs more than our craptastic pool table itself!

I also think I could really use this tall candle thing so I could own at least one thing I could stick a flickering bulb in. Sadly, Lowes wants your right arm and your first born in exchange for this contraption.



And just because I saw this today......I'll take a new 2010 Lexus GX 460. They have yet to unveil the new body style, but I doubt I'll really care what it looks like.......as long as it has the NEW sparkly Lexus interior! My mom and I have been bracing ourselves for the body style changes in 2010. Luckily, they changed the body style of the RX first and I've been snickering at my mom all day. I know I'll be the next drooler when they release the GX's this fall.



I've schemed up many plans in my day to make things happen, but the hitch in this particular plan is money. Chase doesn't believe in financing our cars, so if ya can't write a check for it that day....ya just aren't gonna get it. So I'm sure/positive when the 2010 makes its debut, I'll be plenty of dollars short to buy it. So plan B, be looking for me in 2015....I'll be rockin that 2010 like no other. Plan C....just go ahead and write a check for the new one and drive it around until they catch me.
