This weekend was the annual event, Christmas Magic. I LOOOOOOVE me some Christmas Magic. I think I went like 4 times. Its an overload for me. There are waaaaaay too many things that I love. Shiny things, sparkly things, yummy things, Christmas things.................if they threw in a puppy petting zoo then I think I would pass out. I bought lots of little goodies and on the second day, I spotted "the ring". OOOH my it was a nice ring! After a phone call to my husband, I realized that I would not be getting this ring. Someone had to have this ring. It deserved to be sashayed around (in my opinion =)) Who else would love this ring and take it home???????????????? I know! My wonderful grandmother. One phone call to my grandpa later.....The purple ring is now happily at home in a jewelry box on Hampstead. I kind of HAD to wear it for a little bit today so I snapped a pic of the coolest Amethyst and diamond ring EVER!! Next on the agenda.....buy a purple dress so I have an excuse to borrow it. =)
My family is HUGE Texas Tech fans. I think my whole family went to school there at one point in time. My grandpa was a Red Raider graduate in the 50's I believe. My dad played a little b-ball there and all my siblings and I have been. My brother is still there. I saw this video and I had to post it for all of my Texas Tech readers!!!
