I JUST said last week that I needed a hobby to occupy my time for the next 20 weeks. I don't need them dragging by.
Well before I could blink......Chase and I became the proud owners of this new baby.
She needs some work, but she will be BEAUTIFUL when it's done.
Here are the befores and hopefully I get it painted this weekend!
The Front....I ALWAYS paint shutters black...it's a rule of thumb, but I'm kinda thinking I like Robin's Egg Blue with White......just freshen them up with a fresh coat.
Then we will remove that weird lattice and trim the bushes!
This living/dining room will get new windows, new flooring, and new light fixtures!
And the kitchen gets nothing but paint and a few appliances =).
And the bathroom will only get some elbow grease!
And 1 of the 3 bedrooms.

Make sure you buy low voc paint and have it very well ventilated!!
